Unit Inquiry

The Unit Lookup Screen is used as the main access to the units.

From this screen you can RENT, VACATE, or TRANSFER units. POST a payment or enter a transaction. Lookup the tenants transactions in ACCT HISTORY and generate a Letter. You may also update Tenant or Unit information in UNIT DETAILS.

The table can be sorted by any column either ascending or descending by using the right mouse button and double clicking the column.

You now have 3 search options available, simply click on the Name, Unit No or Unit Type button and type in your criteria. Select a unit simply by clicking on the appropriate line in the table.

The Unit Inquiry looks as follows:

  • Select the Rent button to rent a vacant unit.
  • Select the Vacate button to vacate a rented unit.
  • Select the Unit Details button to edit tenant and unit information.
  • Select Transfer to move a tenant from one unit to another.
  • Select the Posting button to post a payment or enter a transaction.
  • Select Acct History to view the Account Inquiry for the rented unit.
  • Select Letter to merge the tenant information with a Microsoft Word document.
  • Select Photo to view the photo image stored for the tenant.
  • Select Gate to load gate information.
  • Select Exit to exit Unit Inquiry.
